水杨酸对高温强光胁迫下小麦叶绿体基因psbA 表达的调节

摘 要:

以0.1、0.3 和0.5 mmol.L-1 的水杨酸预处理灌浆期的小麦叶片, 测定在高温强光胁迫下小麦叶绿体基因psbA 表达、D1 蛋白含量和 PSII 功能。结果表明, 叶面喷施SA 不仅可减缓高温强光对 psbA 表达的抑制, 而且可促进胁迫后在适宜光温条 件下恢复表达的水平。

Regulation of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on Expression of Chloroplast Gene psbA in Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Leaves under Heat and High Irradiance Stress

Abstract:

Wheat leaves were sprayed with salicylic acid (SA) solution of three concentrations (0.1, 0.3, 0.5mmol·L-1) at grain-filling stage. The expression of chloroplast gene psbA, content of D1 protein and performance of photosystem II (PS II) under heat and high irradiance stress were investigated. The results showed that pretreatment with SA not only retarded inhibition to psbA expression caused by heat and high irradiance stress, but also promoted restoration of psbA expression level after stress under proper temperature and light condition.
